Job summary

City FM Australia is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support Coles and clients from our Victoria site in Melbourne. This full-time, permanent role features weekday hours and on-site parking, with a rotating roster to cover 7am–7pm.

You will handle high volumes of calls, resolve issues, capture data accurately and meet KPIs. On-site paid training of two weeks and a supportive team are provided with opportunities for progression within our growing Australian facilities management
