Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, customer service, finance/administration or a related field.
• Strong understanding of aged care fees and the Aged Care Act.
• Excellent communication with strong administration and record-keeping skills.
• Familiarity with HELF or aged care management and billing systems.
• Knowledge of the aged care regulatory and compliance environment.
