Job summary

Regis is seeking a Project Coordinator - HELF to support the delivery and continuous improvement of Higher Everyday Living Fee services across the Regis network. You will work with the National Manager - Ancillary Revenue to coordinate projects, conduct research, document processes and implement practical workflows that align with strategy.

You will ensure resident-centred, compliant delivery by coordinating stakeholders, tracking milestones and producing implementation materials, while

Qualifications

Experience in project coordination or a related role.
Ability to translate strategy into practical processes and materials.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
Willingness to travel to residential care homes as required.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and continuous improvement of Regis' HELF services.
Coordinate projects, research, documentation and implementation activities.
Coordinate stakeholders, track actions and milestones, prepare materials.
Gather feedback to inform ongoing improvement and ensure resident-centred delivery.
