Job summary

Coastal Bus Works on the Gold Coast seeks a Trade Assistant / General Labourer for our heavy vehicle workshop in Molendinar. You’ll support tradespeople with a range of hands-on duties, assist with removing and refitting vehicle parts, sand and prep work, wash vehicles, and help keep the workshop clean and organised to maintain smooth operations.

Experience isn’t essential as we’re happy to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in a workshop or similar hands-on role is helpful but not essential.
• We are happy to train the right person.
• Applicants must have a current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradesmen with a range of general workshop duties.
• Removing and refitting vehicle parts.
• Sanding and preparation work.
• Washing vehicles.
• Cleaning and keeping the workshop organised.
