Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Heavy Diesel Fitter to join the Tritton Copper Operations team in Dubbo. You will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a fleet of trucks, loaders, drills and underground equipment across the mine site, contributing to safe and efficient operations.

The role requires HV Fitter qualifications, with air-conditioning accreditation valued. Expect a 7/7 rotating 12-hour roster, with remote residential options and strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Qualifications

• HV Fitter Trade qualifications.
• Air-conditioning accreditation and experience highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience in underground mining working on heavy machinery or a similar field.
• Well-developed fault-finding skills.
• High standard of work quality.
• Be self-motivated and have a team orientated approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Australian working rights – either Permanent Residency or Citizenship

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor you will be working to repair and maintain an extensive fleet of trucks, loaders, drills and underground equipment across the mine site.

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
