The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the Mining Supervisor, entry level truck driver opportunities are a great way to break into the underground mining industry and can be considered a stepping stone to progress your career into other underground roles.

What you Bring:

• Full Australian Working rights
• Minimum of Manual Open C Class Australian Driver’s License
• National Police Clearance or the ability to complete
• Ability to achieve competency in the operation of a haul truck
• Ability to commit to working 7 days on, 7 days off roster (rotating days and night shifts)
• People with previous experience in labour intensive roles i.e., labourer, trades assistant, farming, drillers offsider would be highly regarded
• Strong work ethics

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
