Job summary

Rentco Transport is seeking a skilled Heavy Vehicle Body Builder to assist our Minto team in maintaining our fleet of trailers and heavy equipment. You will perform minor and major repairs, MIG weld mild steel, read basic drawings and measurements, and implement structural repairs to meet fleet and compliance requirements, all while upholding safety and workshop standards.

• Proven experience fabricating and repairing trailers or similar heavy equipment.
• MIG welding of mild steel with consistent, structurally sound welds.
• Reading and interpreting basic drawings and measurements.

• Minor and major accident repairs on a variety of semi-trailers.

• Structural repairs and modifications to meet fleet and compliance requirements.
