Job summary

National Workforce is partnering with Australia's largest heavy vehicle rental business to recruit a top-tier Body Builder/Boilermaker for their Minto workshop. You will execute major accident repairs, prime bodywork, and structural fabrications directly from engineered plans, delivering neat, sound welds.

This role offers a busy 5-bay workshop floor with a collaborative culture and a strict 'Zero Harm' safety standard.

Qualifications

• Relevant Trade Qualifications (Vehicle Body Building, Boilermaking, or similar).
• MR Driver's License is strictly non-negotiable. (HR? Even better. If not, company will support upgrade.)
• You must hold current high-risk tickets, specifically Confined Space and Working at Heights.
• Flexible, multi-taskers who can adapt when schedule shifts.

Responsibilities

• Executing major accident repairs and structural modifications on prime movers and semi-trailers.
• Working directly from structural plans to deliver neat, structurally sound welds.
• Handling a variety of daily tasks, including lighter plate welding when required.
