Sunbury Family Practice is seeking an experienced GP Clinic Practice Manager to join our healthcare management team. This is a full-time position based in Sunbury, VIC 3429.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinical and administrative workflows, managing staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and enhancing the patient experience. • Experience as a practice manager or similar healthcare management role.
• Strong knowledge of general practice operations, healthcare compliance and privacy requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing day-to-day management and operations of the general practice clinic.
• Managing clinic staff including recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare legislation, regulations and accreditation standards.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and managing confidential medical information per privacy laws.
• Managing clinic finances, budgeting, invoicing and banking procedures.
• Coordinating with GPs and clinical staff to optimise workflows and scheduling.
• Implementing and monitoring quality assurance and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment and supplies to keep a safe, professional environment.
• Handling patient enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
