Job summary

Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee payroll operations across multiple sites in metropolitan Melbourne. You will ensure timely, accurate payments in line with Awards and legislation.

Reporting to the Payroll Operations Team Lead, you will manage salary disbursement, overpayments, leave management and reporting while liaising with stakeholders across levels. Onsite parking and employee benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Experience administering payroll for a medium to large organisation.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate payments in line with statutory requirements.
• Strong customer service approach and stakeholder liaison.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate payroll for all employees.
• Manage salary disbursement, overpayment recovery, and leave management.
• Generate reports and liaise with internal/external stakeholders.
