Job summary

Olympus is seeking a Customer IT Support Specialist to join our Medical team at our Notting Hill head office in Victoria. In this customer-facing role, you will provide first and second-level support across healthcare software, imaging and clinical ICT solutions, helping providers maximise the value of their technology investments.

The ideal candidate has a IT qualification and at least 2 years in technical support, with strong remote assistance, problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in technical/support roles.
• Experience providing remote support via phone, remote access tools.
• Strong troubleshooting across software, hardware, networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support for healthcare software, imaging and ICT solutions.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, networking, and integration issues remotely.
• Manage service requests and incidents to meet SLAs.
• Perform remote system administration, updates, health checks, and root-cause analysis.
