Job summary

• Tertiary qualification in IT or Health IT sector.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent understanding of IT service management practices.
• Experience supporting health sector business or clinical applications.
• Experience using IT service management tools to log, track and manage incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-level functional support for CMS and related health applications.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Log, track and manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools.
• Conduct root cause analysis and contribute to preventive improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, vendors and clinical teams to implement fixes.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
