Job summary

OHV is seeking a Digital Systems Support Partner to join the ICT team in Melbourne. You will be embedded within a business area, providing hands-on, in-person support while building relationships with clinicians and staff.

You’ll help improve how technology supports patient care by understanding workflows, resolving issues at first contact, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role involves face-to-face and remote support, ITIL-aligned ticket management, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Level 1–2 ICT support (in-person and remote).
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate tech issues into plain language.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, ITSM tools and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for ICT support (Level 1–2) in your allocated floor/area.
• Provide face-to-face and remote support for hardware, software, and workplace technologies.
• Deliver fast, effective resolutions for issues across M365, endpoints, printing, and AV.
• Log and manage tickets in line with ITIL practices and service standards.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and workplace moves.
• Maintain clear documentation, knowledge articles, and support guides.
