Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role, ideally in healthcare/radiology IT or related industry.
• Strong troubleshooting methodologies and problem-solving skills.
• General IT and networking skills across Windows, macOS, Linux.
• Experience with SQL, scripting or basic programming.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Customer-centric attitude and ability to work independently.
• Must have current right to work in Australia.
• Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, FHIR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot software problems and diagnose issues.
• Document and manage customer inquiries using our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with internal development and QA to escalate unresolved issues.
• Identify software bugs and work with product teams for fixes.
• Create and update knowledge base articles and user guides.
• Manage incidents through to resolution.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call support roster.
