Job summary

Solventum Health Information Systems is hiring a Business Development Manager for Australia & New Zealand. This hybrid role focuses on developing enterprise sales across public and private healthcare sectors, building a robust pipeline of software, SaaS, AI-enabled and consulting opportunities, and leading engagements with senior healthcare executives.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and drive strategic growth while advancing Solventum's market presence in a dynamic digital health

Qualifications

Proven track record closing complex healthcare software sales.
Experience engaging senior clinical, operational, digital health or executive stakeholders.
Strong commercial, presentation and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and long sales cycles in complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans across Australia and New Zealand.
Identify, qualify and progress new business opportunities across public and private healthcare sectors.
Build a sustainable pipeline of software, SaaS, AI-enabled and consulting opportunities.
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving executive, clinical, operational and procurement stakeholders.
Develop compelling business cases and value propositions.
Facilitate contract negotiations, procurement processes and responses to tenders.
Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Suite and Healthcare leaders.
Coordinate resources across sales, product management, consulting, implementation, customer success and leadership.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback to product strategy.
