Barwon Health is seeking an Environmental Services Operations Coordinator (Grade 3) at The McKellar Centre in Geelong. The role leads Floor Coordinators and Team Leaders to ensure efficient daily operations, rostering, and payroll support within Environmental Services, delivering cleaning, housekeeping and waste management to aged care standards.

Key responsibilities include staff allocation, scheduling, performance management, and ensuring compliance with health care standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in contemporary healthcare cleaning practices.
• Prior management experience and ability to lead, manage and motivate a large team in healthcare environmental services or facilities management for 2+ years.
• Excellent understanding of rostering, productivity and budgeting with strong financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily staff allocation, work scheduling and operations within Environmental Services.
• Lead and support Floor Coordinators and Team Leaders to ensure service delivery to standard.
• Ensure environmental services are safe and compliant with relevant legislation and standards.
• Use electronic systems to update master rosters and support payroll submission in line with EBA requirements.
