EBOS Group's Symbion division is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our National Customer Service Team in Australia. You will deliver superior customer service to internal and external customers and build lasting relationships.

You will collaborate with departments to support seamless operations, respond to inquiries promptly, and ensure accurate transaction processing while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional phone manner.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external customers.
