Job summary

Symbion, part of the EBOS Group, is seeking a Data Officer to join the National Deals team in Australia. You will maintain accuracy and integrity of high-volume data supporting pricing, contracts, promotions and product records within ERP systems.

In a fast-paced healthcare supply chain, you will identify improvements, support projects, and ensure data quality meets 99% accuracy while adhering to SOPs and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in data entry or administration in high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and identify issues.
• Comfort learning new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume maintenance requests across contracts, promotions, pricing, and product records within published lead times.
• Review and quality-check data before and after ERP entry.
• Maintain data quality and 99% accuracy across assigned work.
• Identify and resolve data issues to minimise errors.
• Support continuous improvement, reporting, and projects to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders following SOPs, SLAs, ISO requirements, and policies.
