Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Australia and New Zealand is seeking a friendly Customer Care professional to support customers, sales, and partners across our network. You’ll handle inquiries, navigate order requests, and help keep customers informed throughout delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Connecting with customers and sales—handling calls, emails, and all sorts of order requests with confidence
• Keeping our systems up to date (don’t worry, we’ll guide you through it)
• Following up on deliveries and ensuring customers are always kept in the loop
• Collaborating with warehouse, sales, and finance teams to keep everything running smoothly
• Spotting any issues and promptly letting the right people know
