Job summary

United Wambo Joint Venture (UWJV) is seeking a Health Coordinator to join the Health, Safety & Training team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role advises and supports stakeholders in implementing health initiatives, procedures, and policies across the site.

You will coordinate fitness for work, health monitoring and return-to-work programs, maintaining a visible presence across the site and liaising with all levels of staff to achieve positive health outcomes.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification in Allied health (Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse).
Experience in injury management or allied health roles.
Strong focus on customer service and achieving positive outcomes for stakeholders.
Ability to navigate complex issues and competing priorities.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Advise, support and assist stakeholders in implementing health initiatives, procedures and policies across the site.
Coordinate fitness for work, health monitoring and return-to-work programs.
Maintain a visible presence across the site with interactions at all levels of staff.
Contribute to Health, Safety & Training team objectives and site health outcomes.
