Westpac is seeking an Associate Director for Health Relationship Management in Brisbane. You will manage a portfolio of institutional clients in health, aged care or seniors living, building strong, sustainable relationships while tailoring financing solutions.

You will coordinate transactions across product, risk and analytics teams to deliver a seamless client experience. You will contribute to local sector strategy, plan client accounts, and identify cross‑sell opportunities, all while

Formación

• Experience with institutional or corporate banking clients, preferably health, aged care or seniors living sectors.
• Strong relationship management skills with senior stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, Treasurers).
• Ability to lead complex banking transactions and coordinate internal specialists.
• Sound knowledge of credit assessment, risk and compliance, and portfolio management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of institutional banking products and services from initial discussions to implementation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, risk, analytics) to deliver a joined‑up client experience.
• Contribute to local sector strategy and client account planning; identify opportunities across the portfolio.
• Support marketing activity with industry and product teams; ensure portfolio risk controls are maintained.
