Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a section of the restaurant floor with high standards.
• Greet, seat, and engage guests, delivering attentive service.
• Take and coordinate food and beverage orders with menu and wine knowledge.
• Oversee and train junior wait staff; provide guidance and feedback.
• Manage table allocations and coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth service.
• Address guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements.
• Support restaurant operations to maintain service standards.
