Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Victorian government school contacts to promote Head Start and SBATs.
• Maintain Head Start policy and procedural compliance and data practices.
• Case-manage aspiring, prospective and current SBATs through SBAT readiness framework.
• Evaluate readiness to undertake an SBAT and triage to appropriate supports.
• Work with Head Start Delivery Coordinator and SBAT employers to resolve issues.
• Contribute to reporting of outcomes and ensure safety and compliance.
