Department of Education Victoria is seeking three Head Start SBAT Support Officer roles in the Barwon area, with travel across the region. Positions are based in Barwon Downs and may be located in any office across the Area.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Victorian government school contacts to facilitate Head Start and SBATs.
• Maintain Head Start policy and procedural compliance, high-quality data practices, and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Case-manage aspiring, prospective and current SBATs through application of SBAT readiness framework and engagement with SBAT employers.
• Support SBAT progress and liaise with parents, families and carers where appropriate.
• Collaborate with Head Start Delivery Coordinator and JSPM to support SBAT-related workstreams.
• Adhere to Department of Education policies including Child Safe Standards and report significant risks.
