Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Proven data literacy and ability to use digital tools to support program delivery.
• Experience coordinating day-to-day program operations and managing risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Head Start engagement with Victorian government schools.
• Oversee relationships between schools and SBAT support programs.
• Analyse data to monitor Head Start program delivery and outcomes.
• Provide regular reporting and advise on Head Start operational activities.
• Work with JSPM and Head Start SBAT Support Officers to resolve issues.
