Job summary

DXC Technology - Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Delivery Lead to head Oracle ERP & SCM Managed Services across strategic client accounts. You will guide multi-disciplinary delivery teams, drive ITIL-aligned service delivery, and contribute to pre-sales and client IT strategy.

The role requires 10+ years in Oracle service delivery, strong leadership, and deep Oracle ERP/SCM knowledge. Based in Australia with Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane options and Australian Working Rights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in service delivery leadership or account management within enterprise Oracle environments.
• Proven people management experience, including leading multi-disciplinary teams of 20+ professionals.
• Deep understanding and practical execution of ITIL frameworks.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP & SCM Cloud and associated Oracle platform services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Oracle ERP & SCM functional and technical specialists across multiple client accounts.
• Manage resource planning, capacity allocation, and workforce development to meet current and future delivery demands.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships across the client portfolio, including C-Suite.
• Act as the strategic interface between DXC and the client, contributing to IT strategy and Oracle platform direction.
• Lead technical discussions during service reviews, governance forums, and planning sessions.
• Champion ITIL best practices across all managed service engagements and monitor SLA adherence.
• Provide senior technical leadership across Oracle ERP & SCM Cloud and oversee architecture and quality assurance.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, scope definition, and pricing input.
• Represent DXC in RFPs, client presentations, and bid defenses with credibility.
