Job summary

Xceltium is seeking a Head of Technology to lead technology strategy across a growing Australian group spanning manufacturing, distribution and retail. The role offers breadth, autonomy and the chance to shape the future technology model rather than chasing quick wins.

You’ll oversee a team of around 5–6 across applications, data, cloud and technology support, working with shared services in cybersecurity, networks and end-user computing.

Qualifications

• Experience leading internal teams and external partners.
• Broad exposure across enterprise applications, ERP, data and digital.
• Experience in businesses with physical goods movement (manufacturing, distribution, logistics, wholesale, retail).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~5–6 across applications, data, cloud and technology support.
• Oversee the Business Central transformation and transition knowledge into the permanent Tech function.
• Collaborate with shared services across cybersecurity, networks and end-user computing.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to improve operations and workflows.
