Job summary

Xceltium is seeking a senior technology leader to head technology across a growing Australian group spanning manufacturing, distribution and retail. The role focuses on delivering strategic technology priorities, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and establishing a pragmatic model for the future of technology within the organisation.

You will lead a team of 5–6 across applications, data, cloud and technology support, working with cybersecurity, networks and end-user computing.

Qualifications

• Broad manufacturing and operations experience across physical goods.
• Experience leading internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with ERP, data and digital initiatives.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 5–6 across applications, data, cloud and technology support.
• Oversee a significant Business Central transformation and ensure knowledge transfer into the permanent Technology function.
• Collaborate with project teams, understand the environment and drive pragmatic technology delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities for efficiency and value.
• Balance hands-on business engagement with high-level strategic oversight.
