EatClub, a leading Australian consumer-tech platform, is seeking a Head of Retention to own growth in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. You’ll lead lifecycle initiatives that turn first-time diners into regulars, drive repeat frequency and increase long-term value.

You’ll shape the strategy, run experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data, Finance, and Commercial to deliver measurable impact across the business. Experience with high-frequency apps or marketplaces is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Track record owning retention, engagement or customer growth outcomes in a scaled consumer business.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with cohorts, incrementality and customer economics.
• Product-led instincts to decide between campaigns or product fixes.
• Commercial confidence to defend investment decisions with senior leaders.
• High standards, pace and ownership in ambiguity and change.
• Ability to coach and scale a marketing function.

Responsabilités

• Set the global retention strategy across early repeat, habit, transaction frequency, reactivation and lifetime value.
• Prioritize opportunities in cohorts and behaviour, build a focused roadmap.
• Build a high-tempo experimentation program with hypotheses and controls.
• Shape loyalty, Dining Credit, referrals and incentives to influence behaviour and economics.
• Partner with Product, Data, Finance, Acquisition and Commercial to improve experiences.
• Lead two Lifecycle Marketing Managers and raise engagement engine quality.
