Job summary

EatClub in Adelaide is scaling its Account Management team. You’ll act as the “mayor” of your patch, owning relationships with restaurant partners, and using data to guide decisions to grow and retain revenue.

You’ll visit partners in the field, review dashboards, and drive onboarding, activation, and growth opportunities. A consumer-focused, data-driven mindset is essential for success in this scaling AU business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Hospitality Sales or Account Management.
• Track record of upselling and growing revenue within existing accounts.
• Experience with retention, churn reduction, or revenue-related goals.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, both in-person and in writing.
• Comfort balancing autonomy with structured workflows.
• Ability to manage a portfolio across field and desk-based work.

Responsibilities

• Visit and build strong relationships with restaurant partners across your territory.
• Monitor partner performance using dashboards and data insights.
• Identify risks early and proactively reduce churn through consultative conversations.
• Lead onboarding, activation, and optimisation for new partners.
• Spot and deliver growth opportunities, including campaigns, upsells, and new features.
• Balance field visits with desk-based planning and analysis.
• Provide feedback to improve account management processes and reporting.
• Find new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Help the business generate new leads and grow your postcode.
