Angle Finance, a leading non-bank asset finance company, seeks a Head of Distribution to drive national expansion. Lead state-based sales teams, shape sales playbooks, and nurture broker relationships to deliver outcomes for brokers and customers.

You will build and lead high-performing teams, set targets with the Chief Growth Officer, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to generate leads and growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in asset finance sales and broker networks.
• Proven leadership of high-performing sales teams.
• Ability to develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives and partners.

Aufgaben

• Train, coach and drive high performance of BDMs in the region/state.
• Set targets for BDMs and align to KPI's with the Chief Growth Officer.
• Develop and implement state-based sales strategies aligned with objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and business development areas.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and brokers.
• Manage sales budgets and control expenses.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and adoption across the team.
• Own sales targets for the state and ensure quotas are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation.
