Job summary

William Buck Adelaide is seeking a Head of Continuous Improvement to lead firm-wide CI initiatives and embed a culture of efficiency across divisions in Adelaide. Reporting to the COO and CI Investment Forum, you will prioritise, measure and deliver improvements as a strategic portfolio.

The role requires at least five years in a complex process environment, deep knowledge of Lean, Theory of Constraints and Six Sigma, and the ability to quantify capacity and margin impacts while engaging

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a complex process environment.
• Proven track record embedding CI practices and leading change.
• Experience redesigning operating models using Lean, Theory of Constraints, Six Sigma or related methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead firm-wide continuous improvement initiatives as a prioritized CI portfolio.
• Design processes, identify high-value opportunities and quantify capacity and margin impacts.
• Collaborate with divisional leaders, Technology and Operations to deliver improvements.
