Job summary

CMTP in Australia is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to spearhead local initiatives that keep safety, quality and efficiency front and center. You’ll work closely with the production team to understand workflows, fix bottlenecks and embed practical improvements that stick.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing roles.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar CI training/certification highly regarded.
• Interest in progression to production/operations leadership.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Hands-on, practical approach working with frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements that strengthen safety, quality, productivity and consistency.
• Work with the local production team to understand workflows, equipment, layout and challenges.
• Reduce waste, downtime and rework through practical process improvements.
• Coach teams to identify, trial and sustain better ways of working.
• Turn team ideas into practical improvement actions.
