Job summary

Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) in Sydney CBD invites an experienced Continuous Improvement Operations Manager to elevate the delivery of the CA Program and Pathways. You will lead cross-functional improvement initiatives, leverage data, feedback and digital tools to simplify processes, enhance candidate experience and performance.

Collaborating with Education, Technology, Data, Risk and Compliance teams, you will drive governance, change activities and delivery

Qualifications

• Extensive management experience in operations, programs or CI.
• Demonstrated CI leadership with measurable outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to use data/insights to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Experience with governance, risk management and compliance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement initiatives to improve operational delivery, workflows and candidate experience.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, data and digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Leverage surveys and feedback channels to understand candidate needs and drive improvements.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams on reporting, dashboards and analytics for decisions.
• Build relationships across the organisation and represent the CA Program in forums and working groups.
• Support timetable planning, candidate pathways, website content and Salesforce queues.
• Plan and deliver change activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder comms, readiness and training.
• Ensure program operations meet governance and external education requirements.
