Job summary
NTRO is seeking an accomplished People & Culture leader to shape the next stage of our organisation. Working with the CEO, Executive and Board, this senior role will guide the people strategy and provide trusted advice on culture, capability and governance.
You will lead enterprise HR strategy, workforce planning and risk, building a high-performing P&C function with data-informed practices to support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strategic enterprise People & Culture leadership aligned to organisational priorities.
- Executive-level advisory with credibility and influence at senior leadership/Board level.
- Experience across organisation design, workforce planning, leadership capability and succession.
- Strong capability across employee relations, compliance, people risk and governance.
- Proven ability to influence and lead complex organisational change.
- Ability to build high-performing P&C teams, scalable systems and data-informed practices.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering NTRO's enterprise People & Culture strategy.
- Advising senior leaders on workforce, culture, leadership and people risk.
- Leading organisational design, workforce planning and capability initiatives.
- Overseeing employee relations, performance and governance.
- Ensuring compliance with employment, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Strengthening leadership capability and organisational culture.
- Leading and developing a high-performing People & Culture function.
- Using workforce data and insights to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement.
