Job summary

You will oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee lifecycle programs, injury management, and organisational change support, while developing a high-performing team and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading high-volume people operations or corporate service delivery in a government or highly regulated organisation.
• Ability to translate priorities into operational plans, service standards and measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership, setting priorities and developing team capability.
