Premium Solutions Group in Bondi Junction is seeking an established Head of Operations to lead our security and integrated services portfolio across multiple states. Reporting to the CEO, you will unite operations, commercial performance and client relationships to drive growth and service excellence.

You will lead Operations Managers, foster accountability and build capability for sustainable expansion, while partnering with Finance and Commercial on tenders and renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security and integrated services businesses.
• Strong leadership of senior operations teams across multiple sites.
• Ability to drive commercial performance and client relationships.
