Premium Solutions Group in Bondi Junction is seeking an established Head of Operations to lead our security and integrated services portfolio across multiple states. Reporting to the CEO, you will unite operations, commercial performance and client relationships to drive growth and service excellence.

You will lead Operations Managers, foster accountability and build capability for sustainable expansion, while partnering with Finance and Commercial on tenders and renewals.

Premium Solutions Group is seeking an established operations leader to lead our multi-state security and integrated services portfolio and play a key role in the next stage of our growth.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead an established team of Operations Managers, bringing leadership, commercial insight and industry experience to a business with an established platform and ambitious growth plans.

What You'll Own

You will lead the Operations function, bringing people, clients and commercial performance together.

Lead and develop your Operations Managers, build future leadership capability and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and ownership.

Ensure our teams are supported, our sites operate effectively and our clients receive the service and professionalism they expect.

Build capability and expertise through learning, development, events and conferences, innovation etc.

Strengthen existing relationships, resolve challenges and identify opportunities to grow our client partnerships.

Partner with Commercial on tenders, new opportunities, contract renewals and service expansion.

Work with Finance and Commercial to improve contract performance, manage costs and support sustainable growth.

Work alongside the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to strengthen the business, address opportunities and contribute to decisions that support PSG's direction.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced leader who understands the security and integrated services environment, knows how to develop people and can bring commercial thinking to a growing business.

Proven experience leading multi-site operations, supported by an established industry profile, strong professional networks and a sound understanding of the Australian security industry.

A proven ability to lead, develop and motivate managers, build accountability and create a strong team culture.

Commercial experience, with an understanding of contract performance, profitability, workforce management and sustainable growth.

Strong client relationship skills and the ability to manage challenging situations while protecting and strengthening relationships.

Sound judgement, practical problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate a complex operational environment.

Experience implementing change, improving operations and helping teams adapt to new ways of working.

Confidence working with senior leaders, making decisions and navigating competing priorities.

An understanding of workforce management, employment obligations and the practical demands of delivering contracted services.

Security industry experience is highly regarded, particularly across guarding, patrols, concierge, residential, strata or integrated services.

Familiarity with the Security Services Industry Award will be advantageous. We will also consider accomplished leaders from comparable service industries.
