Draslovka is seeking a General Manager – Operations to lead the Windarra Tailings Project through construction, commissioning and into safe, profitable commercial operations. Based in Perth, with regular site travel once operations commence, you will own the project's profit and loss and establish the leadership team and operating systems.

You will drive operational readiness, champion zero-harm safety, oversee commissioning and ramp-up, maximise recovery, and implement a best-practice asset

Formación

• Minimum 15 years in mining or mineral processing, including senior leadership at General Manager or equivalent level.
• Experience establishing operational systems and teams for new operations, including commissioning, start-up and ramp-up.
• Strong working knowledge of Western Australian mining safety and environmental legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness activities and drive the transition from project delivery to owner-managed production.
• Champion a zero-harm safety culture and ensure compliance with Western Australian mining health and safety legislation.
• Provide operational leadership through commissioning and ramp-up, delivering throughput, recovery and reliability targets.
• Oversee tailings reclamation and processing using Glycine Leaching Technology, maximising recovery and value.
• Establish a best-practice asset management framework and maintenance strategy to achieve target reliability and availability.
• Build strong, transparent relationships with regulators, communities, Traditional Owners and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, delivering performance within approved cost targets.
