Job summary

Ravenswood Gold Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mining Support Services Superintendent to lead key operational support functions including Tailings Reclaim & Haulage, Tailings Dredging, ROM Management, and mining site operational support functions.

The role ensures efficient, compliant, and safe water management across the site, supporting mining operations while maintaining regulatory and environmental commitments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar.
• Strong understanding of water balance modelling and hydrology.
• Budgeting and 8+ years' mining operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tailings Reclaim & Haulage operations to achieve targets safely and efficiently.
• Manage Tailings Dredging activities with site plans and standards.
• Coordinate ROM management and mining support to optimise crusher feed.
• Supervise contractor workforces with accountability and compliance.
• Drive safety, productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
• Manage operational budgets and control costs.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Build relationships with Mining, Processing, Geology, Survey, Environment and Geotechnical teams.
