• Experience delivering enterprise-wide marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead VMCH’s enterprise marketing and campaign strategy delivering integrated campaigns for growth.
• Drive digital marketing performance across website, paid media, social, email and other channels.
• Lead marketing technology, automation and responsible AI adoption to improve productivity and decision‑making.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign content, audience insights, channel planning and measurement.
• Use insights to drive qualified demand, conversion and ROI for campaigns.
• Collaborate with VMCH leaders to translate priorities into effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing, campaigns and digital team.
