BT Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a Head of Licensee Governance to lead its licensee governance function, define strategy, deliver risk oversight and continuous improvement, and guide a skilled team across licensees and advisers.
You will use data, systems and AI-enabled insights to develop risk intelligence, identify emerging trends and support better outcomes for members and investors, while working flexibly with two in-office days per week.

You'll lead the Licensee Governance function, shaping its strategy and creating a clear path for delivery, risk management and continuous improvement. You'll guide a capable team, strengthen oversight of licensees and advisers, support better financial outcomes for our members and investors, and bring trusted industry and regulatory insight to important decisions. Using data, systems and AI enabled insights, you'll help develop risk and industry intelligence, identify emerging trends, improve governance and protect members and investors. This is a full-time role based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, with flexible working arrangements and a minimum of two days in the office each week.
