Job summary

Westpac Bank, in Sydney, is seeking a Commercial Product Lead to shape wealth solutions with customer insight and commercial thinking. You will partner with product, technology, delivery and business teams to create outcomes that meet customer needs while driving sustainable growth.

You’ll contribute to strategy, influence roadmaps, support launches and guide product performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and customer-centric design.

Working within BTs Wealth Program, you'll partner with product, technology, delivery and business teams to create experiences that meet customer needs while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

You’ll contribute to product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, support product launches and guide ongoing product performance. You'll also play an important role in ensuring products remain compliant, well governed and designed with customers at the centre.
