Westpac Group is seeking a Commercial Product Lead to shape wealth product strategy in a hybrid, Sydney-based role. You will drive roadmaps, support launches and monitor performance while ensuring compliance and customer-centric design. Collaborate across product, technology and delivery teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

The role offers opportunities to influence product growth, engage stakeholders and contribute to a culture of customer focus within BT and Westpac.

As a Commercial Product Lead, you'll help drive the success of strategic wealth products by bringing together customer insight, commercial thinking and product expertise. Working within BTs Wealth Program, you'll partner with product, technology, delivery and business teams to create experiences that meet customer needs while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

You’ll contribute to product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, support product launches and guide ongoing product performance. You’ll also play an important role in ensuring products remain compliant, well governed and designed with customers at the centre.
