Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Commercial Product Lead for its wealth solutions, based in Sydney with hybrid work arrangements. You will shape product strategy, drive roadmaps, and partner with product, technology and business teams to deliver customer-centred wealth experiences.

In this role you'll oversee launches, monitor performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while balancing growth and customer outcomes. You’ll translate insights into commercial actions across strategic wealth products.

As a Commercial Product Lead, you'll help drive the success of strategic wealth products by bringing together customer insight, commercial thinking and product expertise. Working within BTs Wealth Program, you'll partner with product, technology, delivery and business teams to create experiences that meet customer needs while delivering sustainable business outcomes.

You'll contribute to product strategy, influence roadmap decisions, support product launches and guide ongoing product performance. You'll also play an important role in ensuring products remain compliant, well governed and designed with customers at the centre.
