Job summary

BT Financial Group in Sydney is seeking a Head of Licensee Governance to lead its licensee governance function, define strategy, deliver risk oversight and continuous improvement, and guide a skilled team across licensees and advisers.

You will use data, systems and AI-enabled insights to develop risk intelligence, identify emerging trends and support better outcomes for members and investors, while working flexibly with two in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Deep experience leading licensee governance, wealth, risk, compliance or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of the wealth industry and regulatory expectations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams with clear priorities and accountability.
• Confidence engaging with senior leaders, Boards, regulators and industry participants.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI, data, and systems thinking to develop risk intelligence and insight.

• Lead the Licensee Governance function and define its strategy.
• Guide a capable team and strengthen oversight of licensees and advisers.
• Support better financial outcomes for members and investors.
