Job summary

SchoolHouse is partnering with a small Early Learning & Primary school located in the inner south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The Head of Inclusion will lead the Learning Support Program, coordinate the NCCD process, and support teachers, students and families in a caring environment.

The role commences January 2027 in a small co-educational Independent school with easy access via public transport.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Inclusive Education, Education Support or similar.
• A qualification in Special Education (Preferably a Masters).
• Current VIT registration or WWCC (or eligibility to gain).
• Working Rights for Australia (or eligibility to gain) including Skilled Migrant visa.

Responsibilities

• Head of Inclusion (ELC - Year 6) role overseeing Learning Support Program.
• Coordinate the NCCD process and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support teachers, students and their families.
