Crystalbrook Bailey, part of Crystalbrook Collection, seeks an Executive Housekeeper. You will lead housekeeping across guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring high standards and guest satisfaction from arrival.

Reporting to the Hotel General Manager, you will manage rostering, budgets and stock, collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance, and mentor your team to deliver responsible luxury aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or supervision.
• Ability to lead large teams and maintain high standards.
• Strong understanding of room presentation and guest service.
• Experience recruiting, training and developing team members.

Responsabilités

• Oversee housekeeping across guest rooms and public spaces, setting standards and guiding the team.
• Manage rostering, budgets and stock control in partnership with Front Office and Maintenance.
• Ensure room readiness aligns with guest expectations and brand standards.
