Job summary

Marist-Sion College in Warragul, Victoria, is seeking a Head of House to lead the wellbeing, organisation and performance of their House, supported by Directors of Student Wellbeing and six Tutor Teachers.

The role focuses on embedding the House Charism and the Whole School Approach to Positive Behaviour Support, using data to drive improvement, and building a sustainable, high-expectation culture that values student outcomes and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must have the right to work in Australia.
• Background checks will be conducted.
• Current VIT registration required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership, organisation, and wellbeing of all House members.
• Support by Directors of Student Wellbeing and six Tutor Teachers (Homeroom Teachers).
• Embed and enhance the House Charism and Whole School Approach to Positive Behaviour Support.
• Lead collaboration among staff and foster a strong house culture, identity and belonging.
