Job summary

Marist-Sion College in Warragul, Victoria, is seeking a Head of House to enhance teaching, learning and student outcomes through wellbeing, engagement and house leadership. You will lead House organisation, build a strong culture, support staff and promote Positive Behaviour Support in collaboration with the Directors of Student Wellbeing and Tutor Teachers.

The role sits within a Catholic college community of over 1,100 students and 260 staff, on a 46-acre campus.

• Head of House oversees leadership, organisation and wellbeing of House members, led by Directors of Student Wellbeing and supported by Tutor Teachers and education support staff.
